CuCuSoft ERROR

I purchases the CuCuSoft DVD to Zune Converter and I understand how to use is my problem is once it forwards to the main DVD menu a message pops telling me an error has occured and it has to close. EVERYTIME! I've restarted my computer reloaded it I don't know what the problem is! Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

I have this problem with it too and switched to using DVDFab for my DVD Ripping, although it will cost you $50 for a Lifetime warranty, which is not quite the solution the problem you have.

If you bought Cucusoft's complete package, aka DVD to Zune plus Zune Video Converter, what you can do is use StaxRip or handbrake (2 free DVD to Video alternatives) from there you can convert the video to WMV using Windows Media Encoder OR Cucusoft Zune Video Converter if you grabbed that.

From there you can sync it to the device. Keep in mind that the Zune 30 needs WMV video @320x240(180 for Widescreen) while the 4/8/80 can utilize MP4 and WMV video at the max of 640x4xx.

I have yet to track out what exactly causes the Cucusoft DVD to Zune program to crash like it does. Hopefully they figure it out soon, although with a lifetime upgrade license it might be a while but at least it won't cost anything for the upgrade.

You can also pester Cucusoft but they will most likely answer with its a "codec problem", which I tried rigging the codecs every which way but loose and it was still a no go.
