does the zune work for media center 2005? because i cant get the zune program to open

can anybody help?

Yes, It worked perfectly fine. I use my Zune on my desktop which is MC05. Make sure you have all the windows updates installed though.

ok thanks, i just wanted to make sure if it works on mc05, i bought my zune from a friend for $20 but it works fine on his computer, but the cd was scratched, but my brother is getting the same zune for christmas, so i can use the cd

No need to use the CD. Just downloaded it from Zune.net . Download
