largest notebook SATA hdd?

whats the largest capacity you have seen (asking for use w/ ps3 if it matters)

the biggest ive seen is 250gb

500 gb awhile back it was on digg.

This guy has two of them so he had a terabyte of hard drive space.

I think he actually worked for a company that made them, and that they were still in testing. They should be out next year. Or since it's awhile back they may be out.
