Default Converting video help?

I grabbed Agogo Video to Zune Converter from another site, because it seemed simple enough to use.

I'm trying to convert Tin Man to sync to my Zune, but even though the original video file is high quality, my Zune formatted video came out grainy and splotchy.
I'm not sure if it's the converter, or the settings I used.*

If it's a matter of settings, could someone tell me exactly what to set it at?
..or direct me to an easy to use converter that has a nice high quality output?

* - Settings

(I'll be uploading all three, two hour episodes once I get them converted properly, as my thanks. )

Hey! i had the same problem at the begining, after several hours lookinf for a shareware program, i came up with 2 alternatives: either a complicated shareware program, or a commercial one, with a keygen.

tell me wich one you want. i'm afraid we r not allowed to post any keygens

Hmm.. WinAVI looks pretty easy.
..but I can't use my computer while it converts?

Valed0r, just leave some names. I'm sure I can find 'em.

I tried Super, didn't work.
May have been because I had an out of date version.. I'll have to grab the latest version and give it another go, that is if I'm not satisfied with WinAVI.

In the mean time, perhaps the converting Gods while smile upon me and grace my topic with their wisdom.

Mediacoder and Encode360. Pretty simple, free alternatives to pay programs.

A heads up, the reason your current video converter wasn't being accepted is because your bitrate was too high. 500-700 is usually a good range to keep it in.

Thank you everyone. Encode360 worked just fine for me, and I'll have Tin Man up after it's done converting and I can get it uploaded.

And I'll keep that in mind, Dizzy. Thanks!
