[SOLVED] Cucusoft dvd to zune converter

I hope i can get some help with this. I recently purchased this somewhere and when i insert a dvd to convert i get this message stating "this disc is not formatted to play in this region". And then a message saying "software is analysing your dvd and fast forwarding to the dvd menu. Yet nothing happens past that point. I've tried to just hit play to play the movie and yet still nothing happens. Can anyone tell me why it's happening? please

Region problems happen when a DVD is made for another country (usually). Look for "Slysoft anyDVD" on the internet. I can help you find it if you want. Just PM me

Thanks for your help. I was able to find AndDvd and so far its working. I never would have thought of the other country thing.
