What is a .ro1 file?
Okay, so recently I have been downloading Assassin's Creed via µTorrent, and the download itself is going nicely. I took a sneak peek into the directory where the torrent was downloading, just to see what kind of files were being downloaded (I forgot to read the list of files listed on the website that contains the torrent link). What I saw was a bunch of files, each of them 95.5 MB, that were .r01, .r02, .r03, and it keeps going untill like 62 I think. I've googled it with no results, does anybody know what the crap a .r01 file is? I put a .txt attachment with a screenshot of the directory containing the files, if your fuzzy on what I'm talking about. As a matter of fact, does anyone have any information at all about what these .r01 files are?
Try to save the text file and open it with something other than notepad, since notepad does not show pictures.  |

Right click any one of them and "Extract to"

.ro1 is a rar file that is in parts. Once you download all the files it will become whole when you double click one.

google or torrent winrar, r01 r02 rar etc files will then be recognized.
