Exclamation error code C00D11D1

i also put this in software under help, not sure where to put it. When I go to play a video in Zune, in the right format and everything, it says, quoting it, "Zune cannot play the file. Error Code C00D11D1. (this next ones a link) Web Help" When you click on Web Help, it says sorry no information can help you at this time or something like that. This is really lame. Plz help

There is information on the website if you click more help now...it has something to do with the file not being available in your library, I think the software just lost where it was, try re adding it to your library. If I remember correctly and I'm pretty sure this is the same error I had.

I get the same message, C00D11CD. I updated the firmware on my pc to the new one, rebooted, connected my zune and just when i was trying to update it on the zune it gave me that same message. i have no idea what i could have taken out or put in, I change it around alot....

I'll make my own thread, disregard this one. Thanks.
