can somebody give me their copy of their c:/ WINDOWS / installer / Zune.msi ??? please ??

There is a full download of the software on board.

Other than that I can't help out too much because I use Vista Ultimate x64 and I in turn use 64bit build of Zune.

na i need the same thing. the full download does not help me it say that it cant remove the old version

A Szip version of the new software is out and might be what you need to use.
