Default IE problems

AHH! IE keeps auto executing itself. I mean and then It just keeps coming up with a message saying 'Webpage not available offline.'. I can't get it too stop. I even forced it to upgrade. I know have IE 7 (not that I use it) Ahh I hate it so much it just randomly appears. Help me stop it. Even when I click on the stay offline button, it keeps coming up. Restarting won't help. AHH Help me oh wise people here.

1. In the start menu, click "Control Panel"

2. Double Click "Network Connections"

3. Right-Click and connections that are not being used.

After doing that, do this:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. On the Connections tab, click Never dial a connection, click OK, and then close Control Panel.

Scan your computer for a virus. If nothing is found just make sure that whatever other browser you have is set as your default.

Check for spyware as well. I Would say use Ad-Aware SE and SpyBot S&D. They do a good job together, and are 100% free!
