Anyone remember when this was on Toonami back when it had good shows? It's still one of my favorite shows. I was pretty sad when they stopped it after only 1/3 of the original series...

LOL...Loves Rurouni Kenshin.
2/3 of the series were fillers random mess. I have the last episodes on DVD were spoiler - highlight to read: Kenshin totally didn't hit that when they were in that small shack or when they were alone in that room they just exchanged colorful rocks . That just pissed me off cause when I bought that I was lookin' for some action *wink wink if you know what I mean*
The 1/3 part of that series with Makoto Shishio and those two sisters was cool but manga did it better.

Aahhh.. It was a good show. Too bad Japan canceled it.

It was ended mutually because it wasn't popular in Japan when the Jinchu arc was ready to be animated, fillers aren't as interesting as manga-read it sometimes.
The Rurouni Kenshin english voice actors are amazing people especially Richard Hayworth.: LOL at this, they it will become clear.

I'm actually watching this right now... I'm around episode 20, atm. One of my favorites, I've just never seen it all, or in order.

I haven't watched Rurouni Kenshin in years. One of my friends was rattling on about it a couple of days ago. I should go watch a few episodes sometime.

Does anyone know whether all 95 episodes are in English? Or is it like 2/3 in English and 1/3 in Japanese.

I LOVED KENSHIN!

the romance was the cutest! but towards the end i lost interest for some reason. but i have some kenshin manga and i love it.

Yeah, all 95 are in english.
You can get it possibly boot-legged all together on Amazon for around $80 dollars.

On episode 11 right now..I kinda like the fact that I don't remember exactly what happened. Keeps things kinda fresh. Can't wait till I hit the latter episodes that didn't make it on TV.

Yeah I remember this anime, was good!!! I plan on watching the whole series in order off the internet one day... The whole samurai feel with swords and not all that dbz throwing freaking energy balls thing is cooler in my opinion, gives it a sense of real to the anime even though the cartoonish anime characters don't.
