Never gotten this before

Well, I just got a rep, but it wasn't + or -, it was just rep. The filename of the little button-y thing says reputation_balance.gif, which had no effect on my rep at all. Anyone ever seen this, or have any idea what it is?

The image might be messed up, but it not changing your rep. count is probably because the person has less than, I think, fifty posts.

What skin are you using?

Just the standard one, never changed it. And he's new, so I think he has less than 50. Here's a screen:

I've got to get to a class, but when I get back in a few hours I'll show you a bigger screen and have fun captions and whatnot; though, it looks like the 50 post rule is the reason. I've just never seen that before.

Well it seems that was changed a while ago. That person either has less than 5 posts, or less than 10 rep. points.
