Limited Footer Size

I hope that no one gets mad at me or tries to rip my head off for this suggestion but I think that there should be some sort of maximum size for your footer. My biggest problem is that scrolling through the forums some of the footers at big enough to be a wallpaper and it's accompanying a 1 sentence response. The real meat of the page is only 5% of what you see. One of the other boards that i'm on has footer limitations and it really helps keep the place looking clean and organized.

Do you mean signature limits?

We have a 500(?) character limit, but no restriction on image sizes. Maybe we will consider this.

I just realized that I could turn off Signatures altogether so i'm happy now. Thanks though. It might be nice to have limited image sizes though. I might turn them back on to see what others were wanting to share.
