What do we need to do to make you want to post more?

Alright, we want to know what you, our members, want to see from this forum that will get you to want to post more. Right now most of our posts are focused in just a few sections, and we want to even it out more so that each section is getting some posts frequently.

So, what do you want to see? More polls? More news? Games? Anything? What can make you want to post and keep these forums active?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, and we won't shoot down any without thinking about it. If you can think of anything, anything at all, don't be shy. We need ideas!

well.

detailed product/accessory reviews. done by the staff members(or high ranking members)

informative competitors products and analysis of a comparison to the zune corerespoding to that products
(nano4g vs Z4 Vs sansa E260 Vs cowon Iaudio 7)(ipod classic VS Z80)

song of the day, but that could be like a news feed like their used to/still might be

weekly polls about products you own and use. for example, which zune do you own/prefer
also, monthly polls? that way over time we can truly get alot of votes it(add a post requirement so people with 0 posts cant degrade the poll)

polls asking if you had alternate products similar to it, such as PMP's like the cowon d2/creative ZEN, or just average MP3 players like the a zen stone/sansa clip. or perhaps you have a main player and a back up player. what would/is they be

preferred settings like EQ brightness. just to let people know what seems to work best.

recent videos you have downloaded and watched from this site.

games for sure. small arcade based games like space invaders/asteroids, do we still got ZB$? i used to visit a forum that let you win points just like ZB$ if you scored high enough.

i like to read engadget for electronic news information, if you guys had more a supportive flow of their articles it might draw some attention(not sure.)

just ideas, toy with them.

I like the way Jessy sugested to hve games that earned points for the site or something like that.
I also second unbiased product comparisons(espiaclly the cowon vs zune)

I dont know if you guys already have it, but a ZB IM would be pretty cool, so we can talk to people easier(I know we have the private messages).
Thats all I can think of for know, but I see if I cant com up with soome Diffrent ideas.

Something I just thought of that would be nice is auto spell chek before the post is posted foe spelling impaired people like me.

yea, and i think that i might not have been clear with what i said, it was 4 am lol. the middle section i was thinking was more a poll/questionnaire type thing

oh, and i know we have a list of topics commented on the most, but perhaps you could add a featured article's link to the website to a topic which recieves an extreme amount of posts in a short time, or just is highly popular and is not on the ton 5/10 the "hot topic" or something.

You could get an arcade plugin or get the vBulletin blog plugin which I just posted and make it so for people to play in the arcade or have their own blog they have to have so many none spaming posts to do so.
That way people will have an incentive to post.

"none spaming posts"? How do you determine that? People would still spam and it ends up being a pain to have to delete all the spamming posts and it adds clutter to the site since we can't act instantly.

What do you mean? GIF's are nothing but pictures that have the ability to be animated. Is there something specifically you had in mind?

music genre would be okay, however some people may not agree on said band/album since alot of newer music transcends genres.

i mean id like to see it, but damn seems like work.

Clean Up The Interface, especially when it comes to attachments. It's horrible!
Clearer way to delete posts: If users can't, change the Edit button tooltip to read Edit, not Edit/Delete
