Default Perfect Pushup
Ive had these perfect pushups for a while now, and Ive finally decided to use thatm and now I cant find the instruction/poster. Does anyone else have one of these that they can take a picture of or something? Thanks

I love my perfect pushups, I use them at least twice every night or so. Them and my total gym (Hey.. thanks Chuck Norris!) and running keep me in shape for the most part.

i'm fine with "non-perfect push-ups"... my imperfections are what makes me me, AND YOU CAN'T TAKE THAT WAY FROM ME... sorry i just work i'm kinda out of it...

Are they really that much better? I thought about buying them, but then I think that I can just do pushups without it.

i have that too
I did it consistently according to the plan since Jan.
But, since the beginning of Aug. I haven't done it, i got lazy =/

for some reason a pair of these things showed up at my house one day and i dont use them for pushups.

I just cram my foot inbetween the handle and base and see how long i can spin around on it. It's a much better use for the thing.

Pushups are awesome because you don't need anything really. Perfect pushups or not, I hope you'll continue doing them. They're my favorite
