I have a Les Paul, an acoustic guitar, and a classical guitar. Camera doesn't work so can't get a picture.
What type of amp is that?

That would be a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, double groove tubes, and you can't ask for a better sound than that. It has the ability to mimic the sounds of SRV and with my boss metal zone pedal, I can sound like devildriver.

I really want a Fender, but I think I'll be getting a better acoustic next. My Les Paul is pretty much the same as yours (Standard?), but black.
So what type of music do you play?

Well I have a les paul copy, as in an epiphone. It's the blue flametop. And you can comprimise by getting a good fender acoustic. check out the fender site for more on that. I play blues and rock and metal. as far as blues it's pretty much texas blues. It's the onl kind I can get into. Rock Is a full spectrum. and then I love to play metal, not screamo, metal.

Well, mine's an Epiphone too.
I was thinking Fender as in a Strat.Lately, I've been playing classical guitar, but I still play some rock or attempt to play a country song.

I still take lessons even though I can play some songs that are rather hard.

Lancer, why don't you take those guitars to someone that can give them a proper set-up? I did that to my classical guitar after I bought it, and when it was properly set-up, it became alot easier to play since the strings weren't so high. I need to get my other guitars set-up too. Just go to a music store and ask if they know a place where you can get guitars set up.

well the thing is, it's a higher end epiphone, so it's a lot like a low end gibson, ya digg? Plus it's got grovers! woot!

I play a little bit. Not much, but I started getting lessons exactly 6 months ago. I'm not amazing, but I can damn sure see progress for half a year of lessons.

Meh, I play a bit of guitar, just every now and then in my free time. It's good stuff, although I'm not very good.

I got a cheap Jay Turser beginner set a few years ago that I've been playing off and on and just a few weeks ago I decided to get serious about learning with chords. I'm really impressed with the progress I've made.
