Default Parkour, Freerunning, Tricking

Is there anyone here who is into parkour, freerunning, or tricking? I was into parkour quite a bit until last fall when I really messed up my shoulder on vacation. But I think that I'm going to pick it back up again once all the snow is gone. As for tricking, I'm not really into it but would like to be. I want to learn how to do flips and other stuff like that, and every once and a while I goto an open gym on Saturday to practice them.

I used to be more into this, but I don't live near any good places for it now. I guess that's a lame excuse...but considering I live in Nebraska, lol

There's a lot of names for it, and no one will agree on them, lol.

Another one not mentioned is Russian Climbing.
