I believe that fencing is highly underrated. Most people believe that it is only for the rich and upperclass, but anyone can do it. Just jion your local club and have some fun. I mean who don't like a good old game of physical chess?

Well Basketball is a team sport.. so I think Fencing should be the new Tennis seems more appropriate. However I disagree because I love tennis!

I agree. The sports scene should change it up alittle bit.
But I don't think my or any local club around me would have the knowledge of fencing.

there are three weapons in fencing. Foil, Epee, and saber. The above picture is obviously epee, due the size of the hilt of the blade. And also the fact the fencers do not wear a lame (the outter layer in foil). =). Great pic of a lunge!

what's the point of fencing? to stab your opppnnent as many times as possible? Stab in a certain area? IDK

I can't say I've ever heard of a fencing team/gym/club anywhere in my area...

Not exactly sure but it's to touch your opponent. I guess whoever has the most touches wins. By touch I mean touch with the sword. It's not even pointy so no worries. NO BLOODSHED TONIGHT FOLKS!
