Jordan Shoes rule but somewhat expensive.
Nike Huarache shoes are very light and comfortable

I work out nearly every day and have a large variety of shoes. I like Asics the best but also like Mizunos. I think it's a good idea to invest in good shoes - I have had middle of the road shoes and have found my feet have suffered. I also think it's a good idea to switch shoes off from day to day.

I'm a purist. The new nike shocks with about 100 shocks on the bottom are the snizzle.

but starburys are like what? 15 bucks?. imo best bang for the buck. You could pick up like 6-7 pairs for the price of one nike shoe

these are okay for the price you pay. but the inner soles arent the best
