New Sections Added & Few Minor Site Changes & New Mod

3 new sections were added: Tech-News, Odd-News, and Graphics & Arts.

Also, some minor site changes have been made. For those who has been here a while, you may notice that the banner is changed. Also, I added a link below the header, so that new users may easily find the forums (thanks Studio for the suggestion).

We also have a new moderator, Studio.

edit: Also added a Videos section.
