New Feature: Shoutbox

Recently, there had been a suggestion in the Staff Forum about an IRC channel. Some of us thought that the site was too small for an IRC channel, so we decided to add a shoutbox! Hopefully in the future, we can get an IRC channel.

Guys, I took it down. A lot of the users complained about it being too big, so I'm going to try to fix that. It'll be up soon.

Could you do it in HTML? Either that or Google it for shout box scripts.
