@CZ I don't think it's as much about rep as it is maturity, ability, and experience.

Becoming a member of the staff depends on how you act in the forum and if you are fit for the job. Helping people and being a contribution to the forum boosts your chance of being a mod.

Spamming the forum and reviving threads older than a month(except in the flameboards) does not help and actually lowers your chance.

Anyway...thread closed. No need for this to be opened any longer.
