Recruiting: zB Support Team

To deal with the recent surge of help request (largely associated with the new [buggy] software), the staff at zB has thought to create it's own group of problem solvers. You may have noticed a few people frequenting the help forums (myself included), with the illusive Support Team Title. We aim to troubleshoot your problems in an attempt to joinly come up with a solution.

Currently there are 7 members, but we are always looking for more recruits.

A Little About What We Do:
We were created to monitor ZuneBoard's various helps sections and provide whatever support we are capable of. Current sections we patrol include:

Zune Help
Tech Help
Hack Support
Zewbie Questions

At all Interested?
Please PM me! Chances are, if you've done any amount of question answering, we have seen it. We're on the lookout for people who are dedicated, fairly knowledgeable/experienced, and understanding. Please don't be discouraged if you aren't extremely well versed in all areas! This is a learning experience, and I can almost guarantee you'll pick up quickly. Plus, if you wish, you may help out in only the areas you choose. No help will be turned down*.

In Closing:
This is your chance to give back to the Zune. Help other people come to love the device as much as you do. We constantly save the Zune from being trashed; MS is in our debt.

I'll be happy to help. I can help in the Zune30 area ( I dont have a Zune80) and I can help in the tech area.

Any major bugs with say 50-100+ people with the same problem may be PMed to me and I could come up with a bug fix.

I am going to apply for the zune30 but not yet still want to make sure i have a decent knowledge of how everything works cuz i would love to give back to the community they taught me some and now i need to return the favor

Sweet, will keep that in mind.

Also, Marsh, would you know any H&M member who wouldn't mind being on the team. We seem to have limited knowledge in the Hack Support area. I know you guys are fairly good at answering them anyway, but if you join the team, you get a cool group membership title

Naw, this has been here for a few days, just hasn't seem much action. It's not that you're not important enough though

Hey, if you're still looking for help, I'd be willing to help out a bit in terms of Zewbie's and the Zune 30. If you want ot see my "credentials", then look at my answers on yahoo answers. I answer almost all questions about the Zune and have a high percentage of best answers so I am capable of helping out a bit. So... I'm a little behind Ace in the answers there, but still. Anyways, if you still want help, pm me.
