Unhappy Please help! 30 gb 1st. Generation
My daughter put a password code on my Zune and she can't remember it anymore. Screen is Locked and after 3 tries it ask me to erase all my files on the players. Is there a way to reset the password? Please help, anybody Thanks.

The only way to reset the password is to reset the entire device; there's no security question or email address tied to it, it's just a music player.
