Dead 30GB hard drive, replace with bigger?

I have a zune gen 1, with a 30 GB hard drive where it won't boot anymore and i get the clicking sound indicating the drive is dead. Where is a good site to order a new drive (cheap) and can i put in a larger 120 (80-120 gb) drive? The zune is from 2008. Or is it worth trying to breathe life back into?

I have heard of modifications where people have put 80gb harddrives into their zune 30. you can also put an ipod classic battery into it for longer life. Sadly the website I found this at is long gone.
