Zune HD 32gb showing up as 8gb Problem
Hello everybody,
I searched and couldn't find anything like this, forgive me if it's been covered before. I have recently purchased a zune hd 32gb second hand and it works perfectly except for the fact that it only shows about 6.77gbs of available space. I have done a hard reset several times and completely restored it with the button combos/zune software. I have also tried the "erase all content" option in the zune software but each time, it still shows only 6.77gbs of free space. It's not a reserved space issue because I've set that to zero and it still didn't make a difference. The Zune just might be beyond help, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
