Crazy Problem

I am not sure what is going on here with Zune. One day when I went to open it the program would not open. I started messing with different things to try to get it to work but, nothing worked. I eventually uninstalled the program which I had to do manually, Basically my computer wouldn't let me open anything that had to do with Zune. I could not even uninstall it under the programs list because it wouldn't open. I tried the main exe file and that didn't work either. Now even though I have uninstalled it my computer won't let me re install. When I try it says that Zune already exists on my computer. So I help on trying to re install the program.

I would contact Microsoft Support. They had some Fix It Application that auto deletes the registry and fixes corrupted files dealing with zune. Sorry I can't provide the link, but it shouldn't be to hard to fix this way. Alternatively, you can go and use a registry cleaner to delete any registry entries dealing with Zune. I recommend either Ccleaner or AML Free Registry Cleaner for the safer side, but for the more thorough cleaners, I like JV16 registry cleaner. (The trial lasts 60 days, so it's plenty of time) Hope this helps!
