Question regarding transferring files from Zune HD to PC

A few months ago, my computer crashed and I lost all the music that was saved onto it. Luckily it was still on my Zune so it was easy to put it all back into my Zune player. However, I just got a new smart phone and would like to add the songs from my Zune music player to my phone.

Is there a way to make hard copies on my computer, or access the songs as files rather than only inside my Zune music player?

You can reverse sync files from your Zune back to your computer in the Zune software. With your Zune plugged in, go to the device tab, select all songs you want to transfer (ctrl+a should select them all) and drag them to the picture of a computer in the lower left corner of the software.

I've tried that and nothing :-\ It just sends it back to my Zune player, but not to my actual computer- like, the songs don't show up in "My Music" folder...
