Well let me start and be honest bout 3 days ago i dropped my zune on a hard tile floor... But it lived worked great that night at work. Then the day after it wont play any videos on my zune, music fine but no videos. So i clear all videos off add another one just to see if that was it.. Nope still no video. So i clear all content off my zune, goto re-sync everything. Zune fails to sync around 3-4% every time. I reset it still same problem, do a hard reset, new firmware the lot. Same problem stops syncing around 3-4%...

So is she bricked?

Sounds like it man. Maybe somebody can offer you some advice but sounds like you messed up the hdd with that drop

tbh i fig that's what happened.. but i didn't know because it worked that night but not the next day... ahhh looks like i'll have to hit up craiglist for a new one...
