my zune only charges. I've done everything and I even have two cords and two computers. I've done everything that guy has said and I've also even uninstalled then reinstalled the zune software. I tried this too

My zune does charge and works but nothing happens on Windows 7 64 side of things. What can I do to get this thing working?
I don't see where I can get drivers for it so I'm clueless.
