New Zune 120 Hard Drive Dead?
So, my Zune 120's hard drive was acting up. It had been a replacement for one that had died. So I contacted the person I bought it from, and a replacement was sent.
I got it today and hooked it up, and it just...won't work. The Zune goes to the boot screen, but no progress bar. And then goes to an error 5 screen. I tried formatting it using the key combination, and it goes to the 3 screen...very very briefly, then goes back to the boot screen, and then error 5.
Is the new hard drive also dead? Or could it be something else? Like the ribbon perhaps? The hard drive was making a kind of high pitched noise when I hooked it up.
