Once failed to update Zune 30 and now it cannot update anymore?

Hi 2 all, sorry for my English - it's not my main language.

I have a big problem with my Zune 30:

1. I've started to update it, but my network connection is low quality - and till the Zune updates - connection have lost, updates failed.
2. After this I've restored my network connection, and wanted to reupdate my Zune. But all, that I've saw - it's a message on Zune screen:
   1 Connect Zune to PC.
   When I connect it to my PC, the Zune 4.7 opens (just as planned) and says me, that I need to update my firmware on my Zune. -> I'm accepting and waiting for full downloading -> New firmware is installing; Zune is restarting 2 or 3 times -> then on Zune's screen appears step 3 "Please wait" -> I've wait over 10-13 minutes, after that Zune has restarted and shown step 2 "On your PC open the Zu... blah blah blah".
3. Zune software on my PC shows nothing. Just my collection.

I've googled this question with over 9000 queries, but I haven't found answer or any advice, so I write down here.
If anybody can help, please help me, coz I love my Zune, and don't wanna buy new.
