Smash tv style shooter?

like from the top down perspective. with 2 analog sticks, one for movement and one for shooting and aiming, I can visualize how the outcome would be however, i have very little to no knowledge about this stuff, and i'm slowly trying to learn to code using xna. Would such a thing be possible and would there be any devs looking to pick this up? oh, and i'v been a lurker for a while, i thought i'd join to make a suggestion ha,

I believe an app like this has been made (or has been said it's in development).
Check zhdapps.com. There is a zombie shooter there, but I think it's one joystick (and held in portrait mode). I've never tried it, so I can't tell you how it works.

I find it fun. It's basically what you described. It's pretty fun once you get used to it.

I've never played Smash TV, but it sounds like Robotron 2084. I might make a game like this if I have free time (which I rarely do), but I wouldn't count on it.

that's exactly what it's like, and to reference a more popular title it's more or less like "I MAED A GAM3 W1TH ZOMBIES 1N IT!!!1" from the X-box live indie games
