Default Zune Customer Service.....

This afternoon i called CS becuase i bought the FM transmitter and it sucks. all static and the only way to hear anything is to press the Zune against the radio. So when i called i guess i expected the worst from previouse customer service experiences. But the rep that answered the call was extremly polite and really wanted to help. I had explained all the methods that i tried and that i didnt really want to open it and make any modifications to it considering it was new and cost $80. He paused for a min then said that it looked like i had tried several ways to make it work and that he was going to go ahead and send me a replacement over the mail. I think i was on the phone for like ten min (including the hold time).


I give Zune customer service 11/10 for the great experience!!!!!
