[SOLVED] OpenSDK for old ZuneSD – newbie question

Hey Guys, I observed forum for a while and now when I have more time I wanted to ‘hack’ my ZUNE. I have a few ZUNEs SD (one 8GB & two 30GBs) and now I wanted to change them from music and radio player to PDAs. I played with XNA but I wanted to install the OpenSDK apps (I already installed the Doom and it’s really GREAT!!). Unfortunately I see version only for ZuneHD. Where may I find the version for the old ones?

I wanted to install some stuff from miscellaneous:liberate [Zune Dev Wiki] like Foxit Reader, Coreplayer or Firefox. How may I do it?

Sorry, those only work with Liberate for the Zune HD.

Is there any workaround? there must be version for WIN CE 5.0, but how to port it for the Zune SD?

Not at this time, no. You could try PMing Netrix (creator of Liberate) and ask him about it, but there's no Liberate for Zune SD right now.

No. The old Zunes' firmware is missing too many functions to be able to run Explorer, which is what everyone seems to want.

The old Zunes can already run Windows CE programs. Doom is one. It uses Windows GDI to render. The only two things that are really missing are a cursor and keyboard.

I do not have an old Zune anymore. Someone else can do that.
