Well in my opinion this would probably be very easy to make, but i dont know how to code so i am asking someone to make it for us
Basically when you launch the app, at the touch of the screen the siren turns on and the screen flickers from half red to half blue, or you can make it a little different in the sense that theres a button to control the sound and lights (instead of touching the screen) and at the touch of the screen the sirens change. Also there are different styles of lights.
This is an easy app and many platforms have it, Apple, Android, Blackberry, even WP7 well... why not ZUNE!?
if i am correct, this app may take very lil coding? (any dev correct me if im wrong)
really this is easy to just make a random flicker but maybe not. but for sure enough the sound would be usless
