Hello everyone! I'm a busy mom with a scrapbooking business and a tech support background in life-before-children (a few years ago now, so I feel rather out of it). My kids have had Zunes for awhile now, but at Christmas the whole family got Windows Phones 7. Now that I can also carry some music around with me, I'm trying to learn the ins and outs of the Zune software.
