Ok, Just trying to get this clear...
These are all confirmed for stuttering:
Zune 30: Doom 1, Doom ultimate, Doom 2
Zune 80: Doom 2
Zune 120: Doom 2, Doom ultimate
Zune 4, 8, 16: nothing confirmed
Well atleast we know that it isn't just my zune that was doing it and we have some confirmed. But i really don't think it will matter anymore if we get anymore people testing it out on the other zune models (but still post it if you do).
We'll just have to wait tell netrix gets a old zune and debugs it.

Reason: correcting it
Just tried the ultimate doom wad I have been using on my zune HD with this on my Zune 80 and it just made my zune restart after being on a black screen for about 30 seconds.
On a Zune 4gb:
doom1 (shareware): no stutter
doom (commercial): no stutter
doom (ultimate commercial): no stutter, episode 4 is not shown in the menu and will not load
doom2 (commercial): no stutter
So I noticed that on the flash Zunes, DOOM games don't save. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have all the files installed.
The flash Zunes have a different names for the flash memory partitions (/flash and /flash2) than the hard drive Zunes have for their hard drives (/Hard Disk and /Hard Disk2). I was not thinking about the flash Zunes when I ported it at first, so it is expecting to be able to save to the /Hard Disk2 partition. I should probably fix that...
I have no stuttering on ultimate doom on a zune 30. The only issue i see is that the game has to load large rooms when you come across them. FPS is consistent throughout the game for me.
I own a Zune 4, downloaded this, and got it to work. No stuttering. The controls, on the other hand, are just not made for a Zune. Not your controls, just for a FPS like this. Takes a little while to get used to. Good port though. I will be spending many hours with this...
