The local time as provided by XNA is hardcoded to UTC-8 (PST) - it doesn't take the firmware's time setting into account at all. That's why it's showing up correctly for some but not others.
Since you can't access the firmware's time zone setting, you have to create your own and apply it to UTC (DateTime.UtcNow).
I made HDRobot the developer so feel free to do whatever you wish with this page. Its really a great app btw. Something I havnt done but you should do is put a list of all included games somewhere in the description so people know whats there and what-not...
Will this be bad for your Zune? If I remember correctly, the only reason the restart function is there is because there might be an error in the game so the Zune restarts to make sure that nothing bad will happen. If someone makes a new app with a glitch, could it possibly do something wrong to the Zune?
the reason the zune restarts after a community made game or app is in case there is a virus or something of the sort! it keeps it from entering the "core" zune parts!

That is REALLY cool husker! THanks for doing that. The reseting of the apps should be fixed soon, but I'm still locating the problem.(It's not just in Metronome and zGUitar Tuner I found out)...
