#$%&ing touch screen

This has happened to TWO Zune HD's I've had, the first one you weren't able to touch the right side of the screen. Sometimes it would think that I was pressing random spots at the bottom of the screen. When this happens, I HAVE to reset it, because turning it off normaly is impossible. I had to get a new one. It's doing the same thing, random-pressing stuff. I want to know how many other people might have this, or if I'm going to need to get a THIRD zune HD.

hmmm... well, a while back my zune HD's screen acted funny when I had it on my bed and I started touching it. (wait, that sounds wrong)

I was listening to music and I went to the menu, but I was playing psp, so... I had it on my bed by my side, and I tried to go to trough the menu and it pressed things I didn't press, but when I picked it up, it worked great... but that was only one time... Now that hasn't happened.

But yours sounds like maybe the screen is not working properly..
but, I would say, try it one last time. 3rd time is the charm!

Yeah, that's one thing that happened to mine, so it's not just me, other people are expiriencing this, too

Hmm, doesn't sound good! I'm gna be relly mad if something like that is wrong with mine when i get one. What I would do is return it just one more time and hopefully this one'll work right. I would also call Microsoft and give em' hell!

Sometimes mine takes like 5 slides to get the lock screen up but other then that I haven't had any problems. If your third one comes back and you have the same problem then I would have to say it is user error. The likely hood of the same problem happening to three zunes that where chosen at random is very very very slim.
