These are all apps I can get on my phone (HTC Evo - minus MS Office support, I have to use Quick Office or Documents To Go), so I could live without them. However, I think a file manager would be invaluable. So my vote would be file manager.
I agree, a youtube app, a notepad or agenda app, a calendar app, a zuneboards app and anything that can help me as a photographer; i take tons of pics and I'd like to have a way to organize and share them with ease. Regarding apps, i'd like to be able to run more than one at any given time.
And speaking of apps, i think the messenger and email apps could use some improvement. For the email app, i'd liketo be able to move emails to different files, and not have to deal with deleting so man saved messages, along with eliminating the previous text in emails i reply too.
for the messenger it would be nice to have it added into one with my email. It would be nice to have new emoticons, and a list to select from. Maybe an angry face, or a distrubed face or a glaring face or a kissy face (X*)! Perhaps change the color of the font, or the font itself!
I just wish they could make the Windows Phone 7 apps compatible with the Zune HD. I mean how hard would it be to just make them compatible so the (now more than 10,000 apps) for the Windows Phone apps work on the Zune HD?
They would have to get permission from every single developer who has submitted to the Windows Phone Marketplace and then they would have to change the aspect ration of all the games to fit the screen of the ZuneHD. They would also have to make sure that all of the touch zones properly lined.

Wrong. They would have to rebuild the WP7 games fro the Zune HD. It is sorta like taking an Xbox 360 game, and making it run on the original Xbox, you have to rework everything to make it run on less efficient hardware. The only way you could get WP7 games on the Zune is if it had the same hardware specs or higher.

i want a xbox live app you know like the one on the windows phone, and i would also like an app that you can download files like video off a website, maybe im not alone on this, let me know
I'd love too see a Youtube app on HD, plus it would be great to have a better eReader that's works properly. And the Sims would just be a cherry on top for me.
