Default critical error and forced to shut down.

i have the 30 gb white zune and ever since i got 3.0 on my comp it wont let me even get access to my zune profile and im not able to listen to any of my music.
i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and follow all the directions it gives me. i used the Unzoone software to get rid of the zune components and then reinstall and still wont work. looking for advice to get this working so i can actually update my zune.

Try either updating to 3.1, or downgrading to 2.5. The links are Here
