Zune Software not reading "important data" on Zune

So i decided to update to Zune 3.1 and now the software can't read the data on my Zune.

I go to uninstall it through add/remove programs and it just tells me that I can't install it due to XP 64, which is silly since im un-installing not installing.

The zune works fine but...I can't get new music on it

Download the 64-bit installer from Zune.net and when you launch it it should ask you if you would like to repair or remove, choose remove. Use the same file to reinstall it.

"Your operating system is not supported, Please use Windows XP 32, Vista 32 or Vista 64"

There's no reason for XP 64 to get shafted like this, the program runs fine it's just Microsoft's installers that get in the way so your forced to buy Vista :\

I just need a way to get all the Zune stuff out of my registry now since I just went and deleted the folder in program files.
