won't let me burn cds....

I tried to burn a christmas cd today and i went to start burn and it said i did not have the copyright to the songs and had to purchase them from the marketplace before i could burn the cd. I didnt download the music from the internet i bought the cds so shouldn't i be able to burn a disc?

I have never burned a CD with zune, but there should be no reason why you can't.

I've burned cds with music that i downloaded from the internet and it worked fine... then i try to make a cd from cds i actually have and it doesnt let me...
