Default Zune 80 has loose pieces?

I just got my Zune 80 a day ago and when opened i noticed that the silver metal part at the top was kind of "shaky". It didn't feel stable. Like you could wiggle it around. Same with the hold button. I ran into a best buy and their Zune on display did the same and so i asked an assistant there if all the Zune 80's were like this and they said that it's normal. Anyone else have this problem? I'm wondering if i should turn it in and get a new one or what.

Yeup. Mine is like that as well. It was also like that on my Zune 30 and my Toshiba Gigabeat S. So I'm guessing the Zunes just happen to have that characteristic.

That's definitely not normal. Call Zune support/return to the store?
