True. Games on the 5.5G killed the battery. Playing on the Classic is a lot different though since it has a monster battery . Playing across wifi would be cool if I knew a lot of people with Zunes. Hopefully this will change, though.

Checkers wouldn't be bad either (though it'd take forever). It's good that MS is letting other people develop as well. A lot of ideas will come into fruition that would have otherwise just have stayed ideas.

More like fry it : p. I'm more of an art and literature oriented person. I'm sure someone could develop a version of Sudoku, right? I wonder how many games MS plans on putting out themselves.

You don't even have to say it. Anything mobile that has a screen and buttons will get a version of Tetris eventually.

Not my sidekick. It's quite disappointing.

Man I can't wait... even if I'd rarely play any game on my Zune, it'd be awesome to show off, and it's really awesome that Microsoft's really pushing this instead of going at the Zune half-assedly like some people said they would.

To be honest, I thought they would. I mean, they did with the software .

I so hope they actually follow through and make this good. There will be a lot more people attracted to it because of more it can do.

It's nice to see the 4/8 being played when everyone talks about the Zune 80/30. I can't wait until this feature arrives. I don't see myself purchasing games so hopefully they will release certain games for free.

Yes, there are PSP's and DS's that can play games. So is that supposed to mean that the Zune shouldn't? It doesn't break any rules. So what if it plays music and video? The PSP can do that too.

Some people like to play games once and a while... no one is forcing you to install them anyway. Why would you hope that there are no great games and for it to be unsuccessful? I want good games, and I want people to play them with.

I understood that they are all going to be free and people will be able to develop their own games as well.
