but i really dont know if its fraud if you get the same thing because either way you would get a new zune (from MS or somewhere else) and walmart would just send his zune to MS for fixing
It not so much fraud as it is scam. Either way, you're cheating the company out of revenue, creating a hassle, and effectually stealing from the company, simply because you're too self-centered to care.
