in "art cache" find the picture of the album that you want to change then delete it.
Then find a new picture you want to replace it with and do as you normally would to add album art
guess you can use wmp also

Yeah dude I posted this around Christmas break.. How come no one replied to my thread?
EDIT: Also, don't forget you'd still have to update it on the Zune. Meaning if you were trying to REMOVE album art, it would not work until you cleared the Album art directory on the Zune with the HDD hack.
