New PC not showing all songs in collection

I have a new PC and wanted to do a reverse sync to put my music on my PC. My 30GB zun says its full, but when i plug it in the library only shows 427 song. if my zune is full there should be way more.. i;ve had this player for about 5 years now and wouldnt be surprises if it is.. but why is the software showing 427 song and in Zune setting it shows 4435 songs??

Make sure you are looking at device content, not PC content. If you really are looking at device content, then reboot everything. I cannot imagine a bug that would cause the device or the PC software to show some but not all the device content!
