Default 120GB sound OK but picture frozen
I have a 120GB Zune and the music plays great, video soiunds great, but the picture freezes. The movies freeze.

If I re-start, the same thing keeps happening.

Is there abything that I can do to un-freeze the pictur/videos????

Yes- you can reinstall the device firmware. Make sure that you have all of your content on your PC before you start this though.
