itunes to Zune HD

Hi all,

I have been having problems recently with my zune syncing with itunes. I have the WP7 on my mac and whenever i try to download mp3's from my itunes library to my Zune HD, the WP7 sync list comes up with an library list and does not update it to sync with new tracks.

What am I doing wrong? They are MP3 so it should go into myZune HD right? Is there any other way ?
